Over the course of her decades long career, Sophie has launched festivals & start-ups, project managed multi-platinum, Peabody & Grammy-winning albums, toured internationally, and started multiple businesses and shifted culture - all without ever working within the walls of a major label.

The founder of consultancy Nineties Money, Sophie has worked with a number of artists  (Nipsey Hussle, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Cam’ron, Steve Lacy, Normani, 2 Chainz, Yasiin Bey), executives (Steve Stoute, Maverick Carter, Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles, Steve Lobel), and companies (All Money In, Parkwood Entertainment, Translation, United Masters, Def Jam Enterprises, TIDAL, Roc Nation, Rap Radar, The Springhill Co., Street Execs, SoundCloud) in her twenty+ year career in the entertainment business.

Sophie was recognized in September 2015 by Billboard Magazine as one of five “Young Music Power Players to Watch” in their celebrated “40 Under 40” issue, in October 2016 as an official "40 Under 40" recipient, and in January 2017 for Forbes "30 Under 30" list in the Music category.
